Frequently asked questions

Straight answers about visitor visas, U.S. interviews, documents, fees and timing — from our team in Mississauga and Surat.

Do you guarantee a visa?

No consultant can. Decisions are made only by the embassy or visa authority. What we do is prepare a complete, consistent file and prepare you for the interview — that is what gets approvals.

Which countries do you help with?

Visitor and tourist visas for 20+ destinations — USA, UK, Schengen countries (France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, Netherlands and more), Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, UAE, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Japan, South Korea and South Africa. See Visitor Visa in the menu for each country.

Which languages do you work in?

English, Hindi and Gujarati — in both our Mississauga and Surat offices.

Do I need to visit your office?

No. Most clients work with us fully on WhatsApp, e-mail and video call. You are welcome to visit Mississauga or Surat, Monday to Saturday, 10 am – 6 pm. Biometrics and interviews you attend in person at the visa centre or consulate.

Can I apply from Canada if I am on a work or study permit?

Yes. Most countries accept applications from residents of Canada holding a valid PR card, work permit or study permit. Your status must remain valid during processing — for Schengen, Japan and Korea ideally 3 months beyond your return.

I am in Canada as a visitor — can I apply for another country from here?

Usually not. Most consulates only accept applicants who live legally in Canada (PR, work or study permit); visitors normally apply from their home country. We check the rule of the specific consulate before you book anything.

Can you get me an earlier U.S. interview date?

We monitor appointment availability and move your booking when an earlier slot appears. Dates are released by the U.S. embassy and consulates, so nobody can promise a specific date — but most clients move up significantly.

What is the DS-160 and can you fill it for me?

The DS-160 is the online U.S. visitor visa application. We complete it from your details, check every answer against your documents, and you review it before it is submitted. Mistakes on the DS-160 are a common reason for delays.

Do you prepare me for the U.S. visa interview?

Yes — mock interviews in English, Hindi or Gujarati, what to carry, and how to answer clearly and truthfully about your purpose, ties and funds.

Can parents visiting their children in the USA apply?

Yes, under the B2 visitor visa. The file should show the purpose of the visit, strong ties to home and how the trip is funded. We prepare the invitation letter and supporting documents.

Which country do I apply to for a Schengen trip?

The country where you spend the most nights. If nights are equal, the country you enter first. The visa then covers all 29 Schengen countries for that trip.

Is travel insurance required?

For Schengen it is mandatory: minimum €30,000 medical cover, valid in all Schengen countries for the whole trip. For other countries it is strongly recommended. We can arrange it.

What UK visitor visa options are there?

The Standard Visitor visa is usually 6 months. Frequent travellers can apply for long-term 2, 5 or 10-year visas (each visit still up to 6 months). We advise which fits your travel history.

What documents will I need?

Usually: passport, photos, 6 months of bank statements, income proof (ITR in India or CRA Notice of Assessment in Canada), employment letter with approved leave, travel plan, and an invitation letter if visiting family. We send you an exact checklist and a fillable form for your country.

How do I send my documents?

Clear colour scans or phone photos (PDF or JPG) by WhatsApp or e-mail. Originals are only needed for the appointment or interview.

I was refused before — can I apply again?

Yes. A previous refusal must always be declared. We read the refusal reasons, fix what was weak in the file and only reapply when the case is genuinely stronger.

How early should I apply?

USA: as soon as possible — interview waits vary. UK and Schengen: 6–8 weeks before travel. Australia / New Zealand: 6–8 weeks. UAE, Singapore, Japan, Korea: 3–4 weeks. Malaysia and Thailand are visa-free for Indian passports (arrival card only).

What are your fees?

Our service fee depends on the country and visa type and is quoted upfront at the free first consultation. Government and visa-centre fees are paid separately to the authority.

How long does processing take?

It depends on the country: for example the UK about 3 weeks, Schengen 15 days officially (longer in summer), Australia 2–4 weeks, Japan about 5 working days, and the USA depends on interview availability. Each country page shows the current estimate.
